"Penguin Tears"

Dr. Bill is a television personality, the host of an eponymous talk show filmed in front of a studio audience. He first appears in "Penguin Tears". He is an allusion to Dr. Phil.

History

In "Penguin Tears", Buzz and Delete go on Dr. Bill for advice about their employment. Bill evaluates Hacker to be a "bully boss" and urges them to quit and find a new job.

When Hacker arrives and asserts himself as the boss, Dr. Bill implores him to repair his relationship with Buzz and Delete, by engaging with them outside of the work dynamic. Hacker feigns a change of heart to fool Dr. Bill.
