In "A Change of Art", Harold tells the CyberSquad that Buzz and Delete installed a statue at 9:00, as that is when he always gets his hair cut. He also confirms that the power was out for the following couple of hours.
In "The Halloween Howl," Harold dresses as an angel (robe not included) and associates with Buzz and Delete, and likes Jackie. It is shown when he attempts to divide his own candy with Buzz and Delete, only for Delete to have more candy than Buzz, and Harold to have even less, so Jackie helps them with dividing the candy up in rounds, resulting in each one having six pieces of candy.
Much later, in the castle, Jackie asks him for some of his rock candy, but he, in fact, tells her to take it all, as he and the duncebuckets are doing more trick-or-treating.
