Razz or Razzell is a young scout who lives in Perfectamundo and designs inventions such as Digifizz. He has friends through the Inventor Scouts scouting program, and seems to be popular in school, at least by proxy of Digifizz.

Razz first appears in "The X-Factor".

In "The X-Factor", Razz distributes his brand-new Digifizz. When it is found to be the cause of pollution of Perfectamundo's dome, Razz asked the mayor of Perfectamundo if he could fix the problem, rather than discontinue Digifizz entirely. The mayor said yes, as long as he could do it under an hour. Razz inserted filters into the canisters to block the propellants, and cleaned the dome with the help of the other kids in Perfectamundo.

In "Trash Creep", Waldo has asked Razz to make a sculpture of the mayor for the Jubilee. Razz is worried the mayor won't like the sculpture, and brings Matt to see it. Matt compliments it and tells Razz that once he believes in himself, he can do anything. However, Razz tries to reciprocate Matt's encouragement and puts pressure on the CyberSquad to clean nine-tenths of the giant trash pile in Perfectamundo.

Physical appearance

Razz is a light green Perfectamundian who wears a yellow neckerchief, and a burgundy cap and merit badge sash. He has orange hair, which supports his hat, and appears to be bunched into small spiky tufts in the front.
