Plot

The episode begins at Fluff's house, where Fluff is making a call to Motherboard and telling her about when Hacker froze up Emperor Penguia and crowned himself. He also tells Motherboard that everyone is too scared of him to unfreeze the Emperor: if anyone does, Hacker will freeze them as well. Motherboard tells Fluff the Cybersquad will be arriving shortly.

Meanwhile, at Control Central, Digit sneezes because of a bad cold he has, while Motherboard tells the kids their mission, and they have less than two hours to do it or else the Emperor will be frozen forever! Digit complains of having to go to Penguia, while he has a cold. The kids decide to go on without him and do the whole mission themselves.

The kids are greeted at Fluff's house, where he tells them how to get to Frigid Fields, where Hacker left the Emperor. They have to go from Penguin Village to Furgie's Igloo to get her Meltmeister (which will unfreeze the Emperor), then go through Powder Pass to get to Frigid Fields. Only one problem: how do they get there? Luckily, Fluff offers them his super-speedy snowdeer sleigh, which is very fast, but due to the small size, Inez and Fluff offer to stay behind. Fluff gives them a map to help them get there (he had another copy).

While thats going on, Hacker has a little trouble as an Emperor: he has no subjects to order around! Because he was so scary, he scared HIS OWN SUBJECTS away. Buzz and Delete fight to be the second-in-command, so they can get the subjects back. Hacker claims neither is worthy, so Buzz and Delete decide to prove that they are worthy.
