Plot

When the episode starts, we hear this story about Ice not being able to play hockey because of not having skates. Emperor Penguia gives her skates, thus starting the tradition of penguins giving gifts to every child in Cyberspace. Every Starlight Night, penguins travel to the Ice Palace so they can be sprinkled with magic snowflakes which allow them to deliver gifts by flying.
